Common use of Shipping Terms Clause in Contracts

Shipping Terms. 4.1 Unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing signed by both ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Buyer, delivery from Seller's Shipment Point shall be FCA (Seller’s Shipment Point) INCOTERMS 2010. 4.2 At Buyer’s request, Seller will, at ▇▇▇▇▇'s risk and expense, arrange for the delivery of the Goods to Buyer's site/facility. Buyer will pay, or reimburse Seller for all freight charges, taxes, duties, entry fees, brokers’ fees, special, miscellaneous and all other ancillary charges and special packaging charges.
