SHIPPING AND PACKING. All shipments of goods must be accompanied by a packing slip, which describes the articles, states the Purchase Order number, and shows the shipment's destination. Xxxxxx agrees to promptly forward the original bill of lading or other shipping receipt for each shipment in accordance with Xxxxx's instructions. No charges will be allowed for packing, crating, and transportation unless stated in the Purchase Order. Goods (including any equipment) shipped under the Purchase Order must be shipped without oil or any other fluids and must comply with all Buyer's specifications concerning compliance with all European, national and local environmental regulations, including, but not limited to, those dealing with air pollution control, wastewater control, chemical usage, and employee exposure. Seller shall bear all liability for spillage if the shipment does not so comply.

SHIPPING AND PACKING. (a) All goods to be shipped to WCS must be insured for the full amount of the goods. (b) Vendor shall be responsible for assuring that the goods are shipped out timely and with a responsible delivery service. (c) Vendor shall provide such packing of the goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the WCS Purchase Order. During transit, the packing shall be sufficient to withstand, without limitation, rough handling and exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation, and open storage. Packing case size and weights shall take into consideration, if appropriate, the remoteness of the goods’ final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit. (d) The goods shall be packaged appropriately and according to any WCS special instructions. WCS must be able to identify easily all items of the goods contained within each carton.

Seller shall be liable to Buyer for any loss or damage resulting from Seller's failure to provide adequate protection during shipment. Buyer and Xxxxxx shall assist each other, including the procuring of any documents of information, in filing and/or prosecuting any claims against carriers or others arising out of any such shipment.

SHIPPING AND PACKING. Seller shall, at no additional charge, pack Products in accordance with its standard practices for domestic shipments. Where, in order to meet Customer's requests, Seller packs Products in other than the more expensive of its normal manner or industry standards for domestic shipment, Customer shall pay Seller's additional charges for such packing.

Purchaser has the right to add its name, address, trademark, tradename and/or logo to such packages, boxes or cartons for identification or re-shipping purposes.
