Shipping and Distribution. 8.11 In the event of an emergency shutdown/breakdown, the company is entitled to make the staffing adjustments it deems necessary to continue operations in the plant on the date on which the emergency shutdown/breakdown occurs. Should the emergency shutdown/breakdown continue beyond twenty-four (24) hours, then staff adjustments will be made in accordance with article 8.08.

Shipping and Distribution. Cognate will identify and work with shipping companies for the collection and shipping of leukapheresis liquids and tumor tissue to Cognate, and the delivery of finished DCVax® Products from Cognate to the applicable medical facility or physician (collectively, the “Shipping Services”), provided, that NWBT pays or reimburses all costs relating to such shipping and distribution, and provided that NWBT pays for such services in accordance with Section 2 hereof.

  • Allocations and Distributions The LLC's profits and losses shall be allocated to the Member.
