Common use of Shift Selection Clause in Contracts

Shift Selection. Employees within each classification shall have a right to select their work shift and days off, on the basis of their position on the Union Employee List. Shift selection sign-up shall occur twice per year, to be implemented on the first day of the pay period closest to March 15th and September 15th of each year.
