Shift Holdover. If an employee is requested to remain at work beyond the employee’s regularly scheduled shift, the employee will be paid only for those hours worked and will not receive the minimum three (3) hour call back pay.

Shift Holdover. Effective January 1, 2014, whenever an Employee works in excess of the regularly assigned work week or work schedule, the Employee shall be paid for such overtime work at time and one- half (1-1/2). No overtime pay shall be paid for the first ten minutes unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. After ten minutes, there will be a minimum of one half hour’s overtime pay. After the first one half hour, overtime pay will be calculated in quarter hour intervals.

  • HOLDOVER Should Lessee remain in possession of the Premises after the cancellation, expiration or sooner termination of the Lease, or any renewal thereof, without the execution of a new Lease or addendum, such holding over in the absence of a written agreement to the contrary shall be deemed, if Lessor so elects, to have created and be construed to be a tenancy from month to month, terminable upon thirty (30) days’ notice by either party.

  • Rest Interval After Overtime An employee required to work overtime adjoining his/her regularly scheduled shift shall be entitled to eight (8) clear hours between the end of the overtime work and the start of his/her next regular shift. If eight (8) clear hours are not provided, overtime rates shall apply to hours worked on the next regular shift.

  • Northern Allowance 41.01 A Northern Allowance will be paid to every employee, based upon the community in which they are employed, in accordance with this Article.

  • Vacating Premises (i) If the Assuming Bank elects not to purchase any owned Bank Premises, the notice of such election in accordance with Section 4.6(a) shall specify the date upon which the Assuming Bank's occupancy of such premises shall terminate, which date shall not be later than ninety (90) days after the date of the Assuming Bank's notice not to exercise such option. By occupying any such premises after the expiration of such ninety (90)-day period, the Assuming Bank shall, at the Receiver's option, (x) be deemed to have agreed to purchase such Bank Premises, and to assume all leases, obligations and liabilities with respect to leased Furniture and Equipment and leased Fixtures located thereon and any ground lease with respect to the land on which such premises are located, and (y) be required to purchase all Furniture and Equipment and Fixtures owned by the Failed Bank and located on such premises as of Bank Closing.
