Shift Definitions and Premiums. (a) “Afternoon shift” is any shift in which 50% or more occurs between 4:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight. Effective the first pay period after April 1, 2023, employees working the Afternoon shift shall be paid a shift premium of 25¢ per hour for the entire Afternoon shift worked.
