Shift Cycle Optimization. (i) NAV CANADA will not modify the above optimized shift cycles for at least a twelve (12) month period after each optimization change, except for those amended in accordance with 16.03. (ii) Shift cycles shall be posted at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to a change. All employees must select their individual choices within thirty (30) calendar days from the commencement of the notice period. Shift cycles shall be selected by seniority. Individuals failing to make a selection will be assigned a shift cycle.
