SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS. 20.01 Where employees are required by the Employer to rotate among two (2) or more shifts, such employees shall be paid thirty cents (30¢) per hour for all hours worked on an evening or night shift. An evening or night shift shall be defined as a shift where the majority of hours worked fall outside 0700 and 1600 hours. Shift premiums will not be paid when shifts are voluntarily exchanged between employees.
