Shelf Life Sample Clauses

Shelf Life. GSK shall ensure that as of the later of the Delivery Date or the actual date Product is made available to Prometheus' carrier or freight forwarder for shipment, each batch of Products shall have at least the [***] of eighteen (18) months of expiry or [***] percent ([***]%) of its shelf life remaining.

Shelf Life. Supplier shall provide Products with a shelf life that will be the longer of: (i) [ * ] or (ii) [ * ].

Shelf Life. Each time the Customer brings new Goods into storage for provision of Services, the Customer must supply the Company with full details of the provenance and expected shelf life of those Goods under the agreed storage conditions. If the Company provides the Customer with a list of Customer Goods which have been brought into storage for Primary Warehousing Services (including, for example, the details of the provenance and expected shelf life of those Goods), the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the information contained in that list is correct and current and must, within 7 days after receipt of that list, notify the Company of any changes or corrections which need to be made. If the Customer fails to notify the Company of any changes or corrections to the list of Customer Goods within that 7 day period, the Customer will be deemed to have warranted to the Company the accuracy of the information contained in that list. The Customer will at all times remain responsible for ensuring that the Goods do not exceed their expected shelf life.

Shelf Life. HMRI will ship Product to Rugby with a shelf life at least equal to the requisite regulatory shelf life for such Product minus * months.

Shelf Life. Except as otherwise agreed pursuant to Section 1.3(b)(ii)(2), all Licensed Compound ordered by Unity pursuant to Section 1.3 (i.e., all Licensed Compound to be used in the manufacture of Licensed Product for commercial use) shall at the time of receipt by Unity or its designee, have a minimum shelf-life [***].

Shelf Life. The API has a shelf life of [*****]. All API supplied by CAMBREX under this Agreement shall have a shelf life of no less than [*****] at the time of delivery of such API to RAPTOR (or its designee).

Shelf Life. The supply of Product delivered by Alexza to BLS hereunder shall have a minimum Shelf Life at the time when the title to, ownership of, and risk of loss of, the Product is passed from Alexza to BLS in accordance with Section 3.10(b) of this Agreement (the “Transfer Time”) as follows: (a) With respect to any Units of commercial Product supplied by Alexza prior to the approval by a Regulatory Authority of [ * ] months Expiration Dating, the Parties shall discuss in good faith the minimum Shelf Life required; provided that Alexza shall not ship any commercial Product having a Shelf Life less than [ * ] months without the prior written consent of BLS. (c) Upon approval by a Regulatory Authority of Expiration Dating of [ * ] months, with respect to commercial supply of the Product (including samples of the Product) such Product shall have a minimum Shelf Life of not less than [ * ] months; provided that [ * ], BLS shall reasonably consider and may accept Product with a Shelf Life between [ * ] months and [ * ] months. (d) Clinical trial material shall have a Shelf Life as mutually agreed by the Parties. (e) If any Units of commercial Product with Expiration Dating of [ * ] months or less that are purchased by BLS are returned to BLS or not saleable, then BLS may return [ * ] percent ([ * ]%) of such Units of Product to Alexza, and Alexza shall, as promptly as possible, replace such returned Units of Product with Units of the Product with a minimum of [ * ] months Shelf Life without charge; provided that the maximum number of Units of the Product that BLS may return and Alexza is required to replace pursuant to this Section 3.15(e) shall not exceed [ * ] Units.

Shelf Life. Supplied Products will have a remaining shelf life of at least [...***...] months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, such agreement not to be unreasonably conditioned, withheld or delayed.

Shelf Life. 9.1 Where any Goods are supplied under this Contract, the Post Delivery Shelf Life:‌‌ 9.1.1 shall not, subject to Clause 9.1.2 of this Schedule 1 of these Call-Off Terms and Conditions, be less than twelve (12) months; or‌ 9.1.2 in respect of certain Goods may be less than twelve (12) months if stated as such by the Supplier in the Offer. Where the Supplier has stated in the Offer that the Post Delivery Shelf Life may be less than twelve (12) months, the Post Delivery Shelf Life shall be no less than the time period so stated. 9.2 In the event that the Supplier supplies Goods with a Post Delivery Shelf Life of less than the relevant periods referred to at Clause 9.1 of this Schedule 1 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions, the Supplier shall, upon written request by the Authority and at no cost to the Authority, immediately replace those Goods with Goods that have a Post Delivery Shelf Life equal to or greater than the relevant periods referred to at Clause 9.1 of this Schedule 1 of these Call- off Terms and Conditions. Alternatively, the Authority shall be entitled, at is sole discretion, to terminate the Contract with immediate effect on giving written notice to the Supplier, treat the Goods so delivered as Rejected Goods and the provisions of Clauses and 4.3.1, 4.4 and 4.5 of Schedule 2 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions shall apply to such Goods.
