Shelf Life. Supplier shall provide Products with a shelf life that will be the longer of: (i) [ * ] or (ii) [ * ].
Shelf Life. Each time the Customer brings new Goods into storage for provision of Services, the Customer must supply the Company with full details of the provenance and expected shelf life of those Goods under the agreed storage conditions. If the Company provides the Customer with a list of Customer Goods which have been brought into storage for Primary Warehousing Services (including, for example, the details of the provenance and expected shelf life of those Goods), the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the information contained in that list is correct and current and must, within 7 days after receipt of that list, notify the Company of any changes or corrections which need to be made. If the Customer fails to notify the Company of any changes or corrections to the list of Customer Goods within that 7 day period, the Customer will be deemed to have warranted to the Company the accuracy of the information contained in that list. The Customer will at all times remain responsible for ensuring that the Goods do not exceed their expected shelf life.
Shelf Life. Sterile Products and other Products with a limited shelf life sold under this Agreement will have the longest possible shelf life and the latest possible expiration dates. Unless required by stability considerations, there will not be less than an eighteen (18) month interval between a Product's date of delivery by Supplier to the Member and its expiration date.
Shelf Life. GSK shall ensure that as of the later of the Delivery Date or the actual date Product is made available to Prometheus' carrier or freight forwarder for shipment, each batch of Products shall have at least the [***] of eighteen (18) months of expiry or [***] percent ([***]%) of its shelf life remaining.

For Drug Substance with a Shelf-Life of [***] months, the remaining Shelf-Life at the time such Drug Substance is delivered to Myovant shall be no less than [***] months. For Drug Substance with a Shelf-Life of [***] months, the remaining Shelf-Life at the time such Drug Substance is delivered to Myovant shall be no less than [***] months. In the case of such remaining Shelf-Life at delivery being (or anticipated to be) less than the foregoing, then Takeda shall notify Myovant promptly after Takeda’s receipt of the applicable Purchase Order and may deliver the Drug Substance on a schedule agreed to in writing by Myovant.
Shelf Life. Mallinckrodt represents and warrants that at the time of Delivery, API supplied by Mallinckrodt under this Agreement shall have a shelf life of at least [***] remaining at the time of delivery of such API to Osm Kft or its designee.
