Shelby County. SCSB and each of the Subsidiaries shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, in full force and effect, insurance on its assets, properties and operations, fidelity coverage and directors' and officers' liability insurance on its directors, officers and employees in such amounts and with regard to such liabilities and hazards as are currently insured by Shelby County, SCSB and the Subsidiaries as of the date of this Agreement.
