Common use of Shares of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Shares of Common Stock. The Company shall have duly reserved the number of shares of Common Stock as required by the Additional Transaction Documents to be reserved for issuance upon exercise of the Additional Warrants;

Shares of Common Stock. The Company shall have duly reserved the number of shares of Common Stock as required by the Second Additional Transaction Documents to be reserved for issuance upon exercise of the Second Additional Adjustable Warrants and the Second Additional Closing Warrants;

Shares of Common Stock. The Company shall have duly reserved the number of shares of Common Stock as required by the Second Additional Transaction Documents to be reserved for issuance upon exercise of the Second Additional WarrantsWarrants and conversion of the Second Additional Debentures;
