Common use of Shareholdings Clause in Contracts

Shareholdings. (a) there is any change in the legal and/or ultimate beneficial ownership of any of the shares in the Corporate Guarantor which results in Mr. Xxxxxxxxx Melissanidis being the ultimate beneficial owner of less than 35% of the total issued voting share capital of the Corporate Guarantor; or

Shareholdings. (a) there is change, cause or permit any change in in, the legal and/or ultimate beneficial ownership of any of the shares in the Corporate Guarantor which results would result in Mr. Xxxxxxxxx Melissanidis being the ultimate beneficial owner of less than 35% of the total issued voting share capital of the Corporate Guarantor; or

(a) there is any change in the legal and/or ultimate beneficial ownership of any of the shares in the Corporate Guarantor which results in Mr. Xxxxxxxxx Mr Dxxxxxxxx Melissanidis being the ultimate beneficial owner of less than 35% of the total issued voting share capital of the Corporate Guarantor; or

Shareholdings. change, cause or permit any change in (a) there is any change in the legal and/or ultimate beneficial ownership of any of the shares in the Corporate Guarantor which results Borrower or the Manager from that set out in Mr. Xxxxxxxxx Melissanidis being clause 7.1.10 or (b) the ultimate beneficial owner ownership of less than 35the issued voting share capital of the Corporate Guarantor such that Mr Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and/or any trusts and/or foundations of which Mr. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx is a beneficiary, cease to be the ultimate beneficial owners of at least 25% of the total issued voting share capital of the Corporate Guarantor; or;

(a) there is change, cause or permit any change in in, the legal and/or ultimate beneficial ownership of any of the shares in the Corporate Guarantor which results would result in Mr. Xxxxxxxxx Mr Dxxxxxxxx Melissanidis being the ultimate beneficial owner of less than 35% of the total issued voting share capital of the Corporate Guarantor; or
