Common use of Shareholdings Clause in Contracts

Shareholdings. there is any change in the legal and/or beneficial ownership of any of the shares in any of the Owners or the Borrower which results in any such Security Party ceasing to be a wholly-owned direct or indirect Subsidiary of the AMPNI Guarantor; or

Shareholdings. there is change, cause or permit any change in in, the legal and/or beneficial ownership of any of the shares in any of the Owners or the Borrower or any Owner which results would result in any such Security Party ceasing to be a wholly-owned direct or indirect Subsidiary of the AMPNI Guarantor; or
