Shareholder Loan. If the promissory note in favor of the Seli▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇st has not been paid in full prior to the Effective Time, Parent will immediately cause the Surviving Corporation to pay in full all of the outstanding principal of and unpaid interest on such promissory note.
