Common use of Shareholder List Clause in Contracts

Shareholder List. The Trust grants to the Adviser the unconditional right to receive, at any time and at no cost to the Adviser, the list of the registration information pertaining to the shareholders of the Fund ("Shareholder List"). The Shareholder List shall be provided in a printed as well as an electronic format and shall include the name, last known address and number of shares held for each shareholder as of the date produced. In addition, the list shall include, where applicable, identification of beneficial ownership of shares held of record by depositories, custodians, brokers, or other institutional holders.
