Common use of Shared Principal Collections Clause in Contracts

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 2016-5 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for that Payment Date, times (b) a fraction with a numerator equal to the Principal Shortfall for Series 2016-5 for that Payment Date and a denominator equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for that Payment Date.

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 20162014-5 4 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for that Payment Date, times (b) a fraction with a fraction, the numerator equal to of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20162014-5 4 for that Payment Date and a the denominator equal to of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for that Payment Date.
