Common use of Shared Principal Collections Clause in Contracts

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 2012-5 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 2012-5 for such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date.

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 20122014-5 1 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122014-5 1 for such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date.

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 20122019-5 2 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such that Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the fraction with a numerator of which is equal to the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122019-5 2 for such that Payment Date and the a denominator of which is equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such that Payment Date.

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 20122015-5 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such that Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122015-5 for such that Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such that Payment Date.

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 20122013-5 4 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122013-5 4 for such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date.

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 20122013-5 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122013-5 for such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date.

On each Payment Date, Series 20122013-5 3 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122013-5 3 for such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date.

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 20122019-5 1 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such that Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the fraction with a numerator of which is equal to the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122019-5 1 for such that Payment Date and the a denominator of which is equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such that Payment Date.

On each Payment Date, Series 20122013-5 1 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122013-5 1 for such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date.

On each Payment Date, Series 20122014-5 2 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122014-5 2 for such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date.

On each Payment Date, Series 20122011-5 2 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122011-5 2 for such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date.

On each Payment Date, Series 20122011-5 1 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20122011-5 1 for such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for such Payment Date.
