Share Value. The number of shares of IHS Stock issuable to Tenant pursuant to this Section 11.1 shall be valued based upon a price per share of such stock equal to the average closing NYSE price of such stock for the fifteen (15) trading day period immediately preceding the date which is two (2) trading days before the Commencement Date.

Share Value.
