Share Transfer Price. The Transferor and Transferee, after consultations, have finally determined that the price for the Equity Stake shall be agreed at RMB134,000,000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Transfer Price”).
Share Transfer Price. The total Share Transfer price for the Shares and the controlling assets shall consist of Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,600,000)(the “Share Purchase Price”). The Share Purchase Price shall be paid to MDP in installments (the “Installments”) and in accordance with a promissory note (the “Note”), in the general form as set forth in “Exhibit B” to this Agreement, which shall be delivered to MDP upon execution of this Agreement.
Share Transfer Price. 3.1 The Transferors and Transferee agree that the transfer price for the transfer of the Equity Stake shall refer to the appraisal value of the Equity Stake given in the Valuation Report (document number: Zhong Tuo Xxxxx Xxx (2008) No.P00055-1) issued by Zhuhai Zhongtuo Zhengtai Assets Appraisal and Land Valuation Co., Ltd. (a qualified valuation agency). The Transferors and Transferee, after consultations, have finally determined that the price for the Equity Stake shall be agreed at RMB121,000,000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Transfer Price”). Specifically, the amount respectively payable to the Transferors shall be as follows: Party B: US Dollars equivalent to RMB54,450,000; Party C: US Dollars equivalent to RMB2,420,000; Party
Share Transfer Price. 3.1 When the WFOE exercises its option each time, the share transfer price paid by the WFOE and/or any other entity or individual designated by the WFOE to the Existing Shareholders shall be XXX 00 yuan. The Existing Shareholders hereby irrevocably agree that if the applicable law at that time requires the transfer price of the Company’s equity to be higher than the aforementioned price, the lowest price as permitted by applicable laws shall be used as the share transfer price.
Share Transfer Price. The Parties agree that the total price for this Share Purchase shall be RMB 10 million (the “Share Transfer Price”).

The Transferors and Transferee, after consultations, have finally determined that the price for the Equity Stake shall be agreed at US Dollars equivalent to RMB220,500,000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Transfer Price”). Specifically, the amount respectively payable to the Transferors shall be as follows: Party B: US Dollars equivalent to RMB29,400,000; Party C: US Dollars equivalent to RMB29,400,000; Party D: US Dollars equivalent to RMB9,800,000; Party E: US Dollars equivalent to RMB37,779,000; Party F: US Dollars equivalent to RMB33,271,000; Party G: US Dollars equivalent to RMB49,000,000; Party H: US Dollars equivalent to RMB17,150,000; Party I: US Dollars equivalent to RMB9,800,000; Party J: US Dollars equivalent to RMB4,900,000.
Share Transfer Price. All Parties agree that the total transfer price of the Target Share under this Agreement shall be US$13,783,401 (expressed in words: Thirteen Million, Seven Hundred and Eighty-Three Thousand, Four Hundred and One United States Dollars).
Share Transfer Price. Should the Option be exercised, the Parties have irrevocably agreed to a Share Transfer Price of: - Two Hundred Fourteen Million One Hundred Fifty Five Thousand French Francs (FF214,155,000), , in the event the Option is exercised prior to March 16, 2004, 12:00 p.m. - Two Hundred Fourteen Million One Hundred and Fifty Five Thousand French Francs (FF214,155,000) plus any increase of the consolidated net asset value of the FOGGINI GROUP between February 15, 2002 and the date of exercise of the Option, , in the event the Option is exercised after March 16, 2004, 12:00 p.m. and until the term hereof.
Share Transfer Price. The price paid by Investing Shareholders to Existing Selling Shareholders for the purchase of Transferring Shares, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

The Transferors and Transferee after consultations have finally determined that the price for the Equity Stake shall be agreed at RMB50,000,000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Transfer Price”). Specifically, the amount respectively payable to the Transferors shall be as the follows: Party B: RMB15,000,000; Party C: RMB10,500,000; Party D: RMB24,500,000.
