Share Services. Agent shall perform the Services set forth in the Fee and Service Schedule (“Fee and Service Schedule”) attached hereto and incorporated herein. Agent shall perform the Services in compliance with this Agreement and in a manner consistent with the reasonable standards of the transfer agency industry.
