SGI Entities. Within: (i) 10 Business Days after the closing of the Bridge Farm PSA, the Company shall cause SGI Partnership and Sundial Managing Partner Inc. to be wound-up and dissolved; and (ii) 90 days after the closing of the Bridge Farm PSA, the Company shall cause Sundial UK Limited to be wound-up and dissolved.
