Sexually Transmitted. Diseases (STDs) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) The MCO must provide STD services that include STD/HIV prevention, screening, counseling, diagnosis, and treatment. The MCO is responsible for implementing procedures to ensure that Members have prompt access to appropriate services for STDs, including HIV. The MCO must allow Members access to STD services and HIV diagnosis services without prior authorization or referral by a PCP. The MCO must comply with Texas Family Code Section 32.003, relating to consent to treatment by a child. The MCO must provide all Covered Services required to form the basis for a diagnosis by the Provider as well as the STD/HIV treatment plan. The MCO must make education available to Providers and Members on the prevention, detection and effective treatment of STDs, including HIV. The MCO must require Providers to report all confirmed cases of STDs, including HIV, to the local or regional health authority according to 25 T.A.C. §§97.131 - 97.134, using the required forms and procedures for reporting STDs. The MCO must require the Providers to coordinate with the HHSC regional health authority to ensure that Members with confirmed cases of syphilis, chancroid, gonorrhea, chlamydia and HIV receive risk reduction and partner elicitation/notification counseling. The MCO must have established procedures to make Member records available to public health agencies with authority to conduct disease investigation, receive confidential Member information, and provide follow up activities. The MCO must require that Providers have procedures in place to protect the confidentiality of Members provided STD/HIV services. These procedures must include, but are not limited to, the manner in which medical records are to be safeguarded, how employees are to protect medical information, and under what conditions information can be shared. The MCO must inform and require its Providers who provide STD/HIV services to comply with all state laws relating to communicable disease reporting requirements. The MCO must implement policies and procedures to monitor Provider compliance with confidentiality requirements. The MCO must have policies and procedures in place regarding obtaining informed consent and counseling Members provided STD/HIV services.

Sexually Transmitted. DISEASES (STDs) The Contractor will provide access to STD services without Prior Authorization to all Members both within and outside its provider network. The reimbursement of out-of-plan STD services is limited to one office visit per disease episode for the purposes of: (1) diagnosis and treatment of vaginal discharge and urethral discharge, (2) those STDs that are amenable to immediate diagnosis and treatment, and this includes syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes simplex, chancroid, Trichomoniasis, human papilloma virus, non-gonococcal urethritis, lymphogranuloma venereum and granuloma inguinale and (3) evaluation and treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID). The Contractor will provide follow-up care. The Contractor will reimburse STD providers at the Medi-Cal Fee-For-Service (FFS) rate, unless otherwise negotiated, and the Contractor will provide reimbursement only if STD treatment providers provide treatment records or documentation of the Member's refusal to release Medical Records to the Contractor along with billing information.

  • Material Delivery Within 60 days after award date, Purchaser shall provide Forest Service a written schedule showing the desired delivery dates of any material to be supplied by Forest Service. With reasonable notice, schedule may be amended by agreement. Forest Service agrees to make delivery within 15 days after the scheduled delivery dates that are at least 60 days after the schedule is submitted, unless prevented by causes beyond control of Forest Service. If Purchaser does not provide Forest Service the written schedule within the period provided in this Subsection, Forest Service agrees to make delivery within 90 days after a late schedule is submitted, unless prevented by causes beyond control of Forest Service. After delivery to and written receipt by Purchaser, Purchaser is responsible for installation of needed material and for any loss of or damage to such material due to Purchaser's negligence prior to installation or return of unused material to Forest Service. At Purchaser’s option, Forest Service deliveries shall be to Purchaser’s storage area, as agreed, or to the nearest practicable point to the job site along existing roads. Unused material shall be returned to Forest Service at location of delivery, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Data Transmission Control Except as necessary for the provision of the Cloud Services in accordance with the Agreement, Personal Data must not be read, copied, modified or removed without authorization during transfer. In any case, the Customer assumes responsibility for any data transfer once it is outside of SAP-controlled systems (e.g. data being transmitted outside the firewall of the SAP Data Center).
