Common use of Severe Weather Clause in Contracts

Severe Weather. Drivers shall be notified at the earliest possible time that they are not to drive because of severe weather conditions. A driver shall have the option of whether to drive and shall not be disciplined in any manner should he/she refuse to drive. Should there be any question regarding a driver driving during severe weather conditions, the Superintendent shall make the final decision.
