Common use of Severance Payment Clause in Contracts

Severance Payment. (a) A description of the payments to which Executive may be entitled upon termination of employment are contained in Section 6 of that certain Employment Agreement entered into by and between the Employer and Executive dated December 1, 2010, which is incorporated by reference herein (the “Employment Agreement”).
