Severance and Recall. The University shall provide each Member who is to be laid off with the same provisions as under Articles 3.5 to 3.7.1.
Severance and Recall. A regular employee who receives severance pay, if he is recalled from lay-off, will be required to refund one (1) week severance pay for each two (2) months of employment until severance pay received in excess of the period of lay-off is fully refunded.
