Several Liability. The liability of any Stockholder Party hereunder is several (and not joint). Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in no event will any Stockholder Party be liable for any other Stockholder Party’s breach of such other Stockholder Party’s obligations under this Agreement.
