Common use of Several and Not Joint Clause in Contracts

Several and Not Joint. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, or in any document or instrument executed and delivered in connection herewith, the Parties agree that the representations, warranties, obligations, liabilities and indemnities of each Consenting Lender hereunder shall be several and not joint, and no Consenting Lender shall have any liability hereunder for any breach by any other Consenting Lender of any obligation of such Consenting Lender set forth herein.
