Severability, Integration and Prevailing Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements. This Agreement shall apply to any Contracts previously purchased from Dealer by Westlake pursuant to any prior agreement. The Parties intend that this Agreement be enforced to the fullest extent, and the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement.
