Severability; Counterparts; Facsimile. If any provision hereof is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable under applicable laws, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement.   • Severability; Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same Agreement.
