Seventh Consecutive Day. When a member working a five (5) day, eight (8) hour schedule is required by a supervisor to work on the seventh consecutive day, and the member has actually worked at least thirty-two (32) hours in the five (5) previous days plus a minimum of three (3) hours in paid status on the sixth consecutive day, the member shall be compensated at a double- time rate of pay for all hours worked on the seventh consecutive day. The seventh consecutive day need not be in the same pay period. This compensation shall also be paid when the seventh consecutive day occurs during the annual shift change. For purposes of this Section, paid training shall be considered time actually worked. When a member volunteers to attend training or work on their seventh consecutive day, the member shall be compensated at time and a half (1.5).
Seventh Consecutive Day. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, if an employee working a five (5) day, eight (8) hour schedule is required to work on the seventh consecutive day within his or her scheduled work week, and the member has actually worked at least forty (40) hours in the five (5) previous days plus a minimum of three (3) hours on the sixth consecutive day, the member shall be compensated at a double-time rate of pay for all hours worked on the seventh consecutive day. For purposes of this section, the regularly scheduled work week begins on the first day of the employee's five consecutive scheduled work days. Seventh day double time shall also apply when seven consecutive days are worked as a result of shift assignment change per Article 18 and all other requirements of this section are met. There shall be no pyramiding of overtime. No overtime worked during the regularly scheduled work week will be counted toward the initial forty (40) hours.
Seventh Consecutive Day. Employees shall be paid twice the applicable straight time hourly rate for all work performed on the seventh consecutive day of work. This shall not apply when an employee bids on a new assignment and the change to new workdays results in the need to work seven or more consecutive days to get on the new schedule.
Seventh Consecutive Day. Time and one-half (1 1/2) shall be paid for the seventh consecutive day of work. This is not applicable to scheduled shift rotations.
Seventh Consecutive Day. Two (2) times the regular hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all time worked on the seventh (7th) day worked within a work- week. For purposes of determining the seventh (7th) day worked within a workweek, paid holidays shall be considered as day(s) worked.
Seventh Consecutive Day. The scale for any individual professional musician working on a seventh consecutive day shall be 150% of the regular daily wage.
Seventh Consecutive Day. The Employer shall exercise its best efforts to attempt to avoid requiring nurses to work seven (7) consecutive days. Nurses required to work on the seventh consecutive day or more shall be paid premium pay of one and one-half (1 1/2) times their base rate of pay until they have a day off from work. Any deviation from this should comply with Article 8.6 (Flexible Shifts). This section shall not apply to staff/committee meetings, or to standby, callback that results in fewer than eight (8) hours actually worked in twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, voluntary in-service meetings, voluntary department meetings; voluntary education days of any length; or when an employee requests or voluntarily agrees to work seven or more consecutive days.
Seventh Consecutive Day. If an employee actually works seven (7) consecutive workdays in the plant workweek regardless of the number of hours worked on any workday, the employee shall be compensated by multiplying the classified hourly wage rate by one (1.0) for each and every hour worked during the seventh consecutive workday, and this premium shall be paid in addition to whatever compensation the employee is otherwise entitled to receive under any other section of the Agreement.
Seventh Consecutive Day. A. Employees who work on a seventh consecutive day shall receive pay of two times their Standard Base Wage Rate including shift differential, plus schedule premium for all hours worked.

Employees required to work on the seventh (7th) consecutive day or more shall be paid premium pay of one and one-half (1 1/2) times their base rate of pay until they have a day off from work. Deviations from this which involve a regular ongoing schedule must comply with Section 8.10 (Flex Shifts). This section shall not apply to staff/committee meetings, standby assignments, callback that results in fewer than eight (8) hours worked in twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, voluntary education days of any length; or when an employee requests or voluntarily agrees to work seven or more consecutive days.
