SEVEN DAY OPERATION. 17.01 The Company has the right to operate its xxxxx on an unrestricted basis seven (7) days per week except for shutdown holidays as set forth in the Labour Agreement. It is intended that scheduling of crews wherever possible shall be on a four-crew basis.
SEVEN DAY OPERATION. In accordance with the following article of the Collective Agreement which states: General: It is the understanding of the parties that should any changes be required to ensure the commencement of seven (7) day operation, the parties will work together to bring about the smooth implementation of this change with the knowledge that it is the Company's ultimate right to implement the continuous seven (7)day operation. An additional half hour per twenty-four hour period of rest time would then apply. As a result of discussions with the above in mind, the parties have agreed to the following items and their application and understanding.
SEVEN DAY OPERATION. Xxxxx’s Value Plus IGA generally operates on a Monday to Sunday, 7 days per week basis, including work on public holidays.
SEVEN DAY OPERATION. The Facilities & Services, University Housing, the Illini Union, Campus Recreation, XxXxxxxx Health Center and the Institute of Aviation are to be considered seven (7) day operations. Employees who can demonstrate legitimate hardship may transfer temporarily to a different shift, by mutual agreement of Management and the Union, and if operational needs permit. This provision is not subject to the Grievance procedure. The following work shifts are listed as a guide indicating current operating needs. It is understood that new shifts are established to meet operational needs in accordance with Policy and Rules. The designated representative of the union will be notified of shift changes in accordance with Article III, Section 4 of this Agreement and upon request from either party, a meeting will be arranged to discuss the impact of these changes on the classes covered by this Agreement prior to implementation of the shift. Facilities & Services 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. University Housing 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
SEVEN DAY OPERATION. It has been agreed between the Company and the Union that should it become necessary to implement a seven-day schedule of operation, the parties will meet to determine the applicable schedules and terms in line with industry standards prior to the implementation of the seven-day operation.

SEVEN DAY OPERATION. The parties recognize that in order for the Company to compete and expand its business, it may be necessary for the Company to go to a seven (7) day a week operation. Prior to implementing a seven (7) day schedule and changing employees days of work etc. the Company and the Union will meet to devise a plan to implement the schedule.
