Settlement of Issues. The Parties understand and agree that issues may arise that were not anticipated and that could cause unforeseen difficulties for the Public Owners, Prime Contractors, Subcontractors, Unions, employees and the community. All Parties agree to work cooperatively to resolve any such issues, including the option of amending this Agreement at any time if necessary.

Settlement of Issues. The Parties understand and agree that issues may arise that were not anticipated and that could cause unforeseen difficulties for the Owner, the Contractor, Subcontractors, Signatory Unions, employees and the community. All Parties agree to work cooperatively to resolve any such issues, including the option of amending this Agreement at any time if necessary. If an amendment to this Agreement is proposed before the Project is completed, the amendment must be adopted by majority consent of all of the Parties to this Agreement (which majority must include the Owner and Contractor).
Settlement of Issues. No settlement of any audit, examination, action, suit or other judicial or administrative proceeding relating to matters described in Section 6(a) for any Pre-Effective Period (or with respect to matters relating to Section 6(a)(ii) for any Taxable period) shall be accepted or entered into by or on behalf of the ACX Consolidated Group or State Consolidated Group unless CTI has consented thereto in writing (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld); provided, however, that in the event that CTI does not consent and ACX believes that the withholding of consent was unreasonable, the parties shall resolve their disagreement under the procedures provided in Section 16. In the process of resolving such a disagreement, the Referee (or other applicable arbiter) shall consider the magnitude and size of the item in question, the impact of the resolution on other CTI Taxable periods and the likelihood of CTI's position ultimately prevailing.
Settlement of Issues. If one or more issues are settled through mediation, the Parties shall confirm the terms of the settlement in Minutes of Settlement (Minutes), which are to be signed by the Parties and witnessed. The Minutes shall be drafted by the Parties or their counsel. If the terms set out in the Minutes resolve all issues in the Claim they shall be incorporated within an Agreement in Principle (AIP) and the Minutes and AIP shall be filed with the Tribunal within ten days of signing. The Parties shall implement the settlement in accordance with the terms of the Minutes and AIP, which may require each Party to report on its progress at such intervals as are specified in the AIP.
Settlement of Issues. Both Ministries will consult with respect to the implementation of activities under this Memorandum or issues arising in relation to the implementation, including occurrences of technical intern trainees’ disappearances and deportations of illegally staying technical intern trainees, and will settle such issues amicably and in close cooperation, through diplomatic channels as deemed appropriate, with each country’s relevant ministries and agencies.
Settlement of Issues. 3.1. OUTSTANDING INVOICES. DAKO hereby agrees that all outstanding invoices to it from Ventana or BioTek which are not yet due will be paid when due. BioTek and Ventana will accept the amount of $58,733.39 as payment in full of the amounts outstanding under the invoices from Ventana or BioTek numbered 852, 942, 1007, 34711, 36681, and 36682. DAKO will accept the amount of $15,729.00 as payment in full of the amounts outstanding under the invoices from DAKO numbered 96041, 96521, 96717, 96986, 97777, 99064, 99472, 99475, 99492, 99610, 10021, 10892, 11446, 11447 and 11591. Such amounts will be paid by DAKO and BioTek or Ventana by wire transfer within 10 days after the date of this Agreement.
Settlement of Issues. 5.1 PROCEDURE FOR SETTLEMENT OF ISSUES The Parties to the Agreement are committed to exhausting the procedures outlined in this clause to resolve issues, difficulties and questions arising throughout the life of the Project. In order to allow for the peaceful resolution of grievances the Parties commit that:

Settlement of Issues. 14.2 Employees engaged on work covered by this Agreement will be paid for 38 ordinary hours of work at the wage rates shown in Appendix 1, for their classification.
