Settlement of Bonuses Sample Clauses

Settlement of Bonuses. Commissions, and Vested RSUs. Seller will, or will cause Parent to, prior to or at Closing, pay or otherwise fully settle (i) all earned but unpaid bonuses, (ii) all earned but unpaid commissions, and (iii) all vested RSUs related to the Business Employees, with no further obligations post-Closing. Seller shall indemnify and hold Company and ▇▇▇▇▇ harmless for any claims related to such matters.
