Common use of Settlement Currency Clause in Contracts

Settlement Currency. All sums of money due in consideration to the rendered services, will be calculated in invoices in euro currency. If some Transactions will be denominated in currencies other than euro, Company should apply exchange rate which is established by the European Central Bank (ECB) on date of each Transaction.
