SET UP PHASE Sample Clauses

The 'Set up' phase clause defines the initial stage of a project or agreement during which preparatory activities are completed before the main work begins. This phase typically includes tasks such as establishing project timelines, confirming resource availability, and finalizing logistical arrangements. By clearly outlining the responsibilities and deliverables required before full-scale operations commence, the clause ensures that all parties are aligned and adequately prepared, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or delays later in the project.
