Servicing Fee Rate. As to (a) each ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Serviced Mortgage Loan, the ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Servicing Fee Rate which rate may increase up to 0.25% per annum and (b) each Mortgage Loan (other than a ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Serviced Mortgage Loan), the per annum rate set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
