Servicing Fee Rate. The Servicing Fee Rate shall not be subject to change with respect to any Loan after the Effective Date thereof. The parties hereto acknowledge that the Servicing Fee Rate applicable to any Loan as of the date of this Agreement is one percent (1%) per annum.
