Servicing and. administration of each Companion Loan shall continue hereunder for so long as the corresponding Mortgage Loan or any related REO Property is part of the Trust Fund or for such longer period as any amounts payable by the related Companion Holder to or for the benefit of the Trust or any party hereto in accordance with the related Intercreditor Agreement remain due and owing.
