Common use of Servicing Agreements Clause in Contracts

Servicing Agreements. Any Servicing Agreement, certified as a true, correct and complete copy of the original together, with a fully executed Servicer Notice and Agreement and, if the Servicer is not the Seller, a letter from the applicable Servicer consenting to termination of such Servicing Agreement upon the occurrence of an Event of Default;
