Servicing Advances. Notwithstanding the fact that the related Transfer Date has occurred, the Seller shall not be reimbursed for any Servicing Advances with respect to any Mortgage Loan until the Seller or the successor servicer receives a Monthly Payment or Liquidation Proceeds with respect to such Mortgage Loan. At such time, the Seller shall be entitled to be reimbursed for all unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to such Mortgage Loan on a first priority basis (but subject to any successor servicer's rights to reimbursement with respect to Servicing Advances) from the Monthly Payment or Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to such Mortgage Loan. This Section 6.03(c) shall survive each Transfer Date.
