Services We Offer. When we accept your Application, and other applications for certain other products purchased through your Brokerage Account, we will act as your agent in carrying out your directions regarding the purchase or sale of securities and/or annuities for your Customer Account in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Customer Agreement, but we are not acting as a traditional fiduciary and we have conflicts of interested associated with our investment recommendations. Please see our Truist Investment Services, Inc. Investing Guide or consult with your TIS representative for additional information. We will open and close Brokerage Accounts, place and withdraw orders, and take such other steps as are reasonable to carry out your directions. Subject to our approval, you are permitted to add a margin account and/or options trading to your Brokerage Account pursuant to an additional written agreement(s) with us. We will not provide any legal, tax or accounting advice in connection with your Brokerage Account or products purchased through your Brokerage Account or otherwise.

Services We Offer. We monitor your web site intermittently and upon your request. We check for and fix any broken links. We check for poor or fading images and replace as required. We update your web page (static page) Meta tags. We list your business with search engines monthly. We search for and recommend to you web companies for reciprocal linking or affiliating with, that will better expose your company. We will test all e-mail accounts (requires you to confirm receipt). We will remain in-touch with your server(s) and inform you if any server changes are important to your account. We will make minor changes to sentence or paragraph wording (this does not include removing nearly all the text from a page and replacing it with new text). Any additional text / alterations or images required or requested will be charged at an hourly rate. (Rs. 60/- per hour). Minimum time charge is half an hour (1/2).

Related to Services We Offer

  • Professional Services Warranty 5.1 Oracle warrants that Professional Services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer must notify Oracle of any warranty deficiencies within 60 days from performance of the deficient Professional Services.

  • Termination Assistance Services Following the termination of this Agreement and/or any Ordering Document, the Parties may agree for Axway to provide transition services pursuant to a duly executed SOW, during which time this Agreement will continue in full force and effect solely to the extent necessary to allow such transition services to be performed. Axway agrees that the costs for any such services shall be comparable to the fees charged to other customers for similar types of services.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:

  • The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Services to Others Clients Nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit or restrict (i) the freedom of the Sub-adviser, or any affiliated person thereof, to render investment management and corporate administrative services to other investment companies, to act as investment manager or investment counselor to other persons, firms, or corporations, or to engage in any other business activities, or (ii) the right of any director, officer, or employee of the Sub-adviser, who may also be a director, officer, or employee of the Fund, to engage in any other business or to devote his or her time and attention in part to the management or other aspects of any other business, whether of a similar nature or a dissimilar nature.

  • Customary Services The Transfer Agent shall perform all the customary services of a transfer agent, agent of dividend reinvestment plan, cash purchase plan and other investment programs and of a dividend disbursing agent and a processor of payments as described above consistent with those requirements in effect as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Transitional Services Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release. A Probation and Parole Officer (PO) will determine the specific services to be provided to each offender based on the offender’s needs and individualized case plan as determined or developed by the State. The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.
