Services Warranties. Vendor warrants that the Services rendered to County pursuant to this Agreement shall be performed in a competent and professional manner, and that each of Vendor’s employees, contractors and agents assigned to perform Services pursuant to this Agreement shall have training, background and skills commensurate with the level of performance reasonably expected for the tasks to which he or she is assigned.
