Common use of Services to be Performed Clause in Contracts

Services to be Performed. The State of New Hampshire, acting through the agency identified in block 1.1 (“State”), engages contractor identified in block 1.3 (“Contractor”) to perform, and the Contractor shall perform, the work or sale of goods, or both, identified and more particularly described in the attached EXHIBIT B which is incorporated herein by reference (“Services”).

The State of New Hampshire, Hampshire acting through the agency state entity identified in block 1.1 (the “LAKESHORE RPC”) (collectively, the “State”), engages contractor Contractor identified in block 1.3 (the “Contractor”) to perform, and the Contractor shall perform, the work or sale of goods, or both, identified and more particularly described in the attached EXHIBIT B B, which is incorporated herein by reference (“Services”).
