Services to be Furnished by Landlord Landlord agrees to furnish Tenant the following services:
Services Furnished The Company shall furnish the Executive with office space and such services as are suitable to the Executive’s position and adequate for the performance of the Executive’s duties during the Term of Employment.
Information to be Furnished If Tenant desires at any time to Sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, it shall first notify Landlord of its desire to do so and shall submit in writing to Landlord: (i) the name of the proposed Subtenant; (ii) the nature of the proposed Subtenant's business to be carried on in the Premises; (iii) the terms and provisions of the proposed Sublet and a copy of the proposed Sublet form containing a description of the subject premises; and (iv) such financial information, including financial statements, as Landlord may reasonably request concerning the proposed Subtenant.
SERVICES TO BE RENDERED 2.1 Either party, by giving the other party sufficient notice, may reserve for periods of one or more days or weeks, such electric power (herein called "Short Term Power") as the supplying party at that time may have and is willing to supply as Short Term Power. The party asked to supply Short Term Power shall be the sole judge as to the amounts and periods that it has electric power available that may be reserved by the other party as Short Term Power. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED Landlord shall furnish to Tenant, except as noted below, the following utilities and other services to the extent reasonably necessary for Tenant’s use of the Leased Premises for the Permitted Use, or as may be required by law or directed by governmental authority:
Additional Information to be Furnished The Master Servicer shall furnish to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee from time to time such additional information regarding the Mortgage Loans and the Bonds as the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee shall reasonably request.
Services to Other Clients Nothing herein contained shall limit the freedom of the Adviser or any affiliated person of the Adviser to render investment management and administrative services to other investment companies, to act as investment adviser or investment counselor to other persons, firms or corporations, or to engage in other business activities.
SERVICES TO BE RENDERED BY MANAGER TO THE TRUST (a) Subject always to the control of the Trustees of the Trust and to such policies as the Trustees may determine, the Manager will, at its expense, (i) furnish continuously an investment program for the Fund and will make investment decisions on behalf of the Fund and place all orders for the purchase and sale of its portfolio securities and (ii) furnish office space and equipment, provide bookkeeping and clerical services (excluding determination of net asset value, shareholder accounting services and the fund accounting services for the Fund being supplied by State Street Bank and Trust Company or such other administrator as the Fund may engage from time to time) and pay all salaries, fees and expenses of officers and Trustees of the Trust who are affiliated with the Manager. In the performance of its duties, the Manager will comply with the provisions of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust and By-laws of the Trust and the Fund’s stated investment objective, policies and restrictions.
STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED The Parties agree to cooperate to provide necessary and authorized services and resources in accordance with the terms of this Contract. Specific services provided are described in Attachment A – Statement of Work.
