Common use of Services Standard Clause in Contracts

Services Standard. HP-OMS will perform the Operations Services with promptness and diligence, in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the Services Levels, in accordance with the ITSM guidelines and HP best known practices for the applicable service level. HP-OMS shall provide on or before the Commencement Date a copy of the applicable ITSM guidelines.
