Common use of Services Standard Clause in Contracts

Services Standard. Operator agrees to lease or own (as applicable) and operate and maintain, or cause to be operated and maintained, at its sole cost, risk and expense, the Railcar Fleet and other facilities necessary to provide the Rail Services contemplated in this Agreement in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with standards customary in this industry.
