Services of Third Parties. The Managing Member may engage and compensate on behalf of the Company and any Series from funds of the Company or any Series such persons, firms or corporations, including any affiliates of the Managing Member or any other person or entity, as the Managing Member in its sole judgment shall deem advisable for the conduct and operation of the business of the Company or any Series.

Services of Third Parties. If we make use of the services of third parties, they will be required to accept, in writing, the same obligation of confidentiality that exists between us and you. We are responsible for such third parties observing the obligation of confidentiality.
