Common use of SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE Clause in Contracts

SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE. CD&R Manager will devote such time and efforts to the performance of the services contemplated hereby as CD&R Manager deems reasonably necessary or appropriate, provided that no minimum number of hours is required to be devoted on a weekly, monthly, annual or other basis. The Company and Opco (on behalf of themselves and the other members of the Company Group) hereby acknowledge that CD&R Manager’s services are not exclusive to the Company Group and that CD&R Manager will render similar services to other persons and entities.
