Services, Licenses and Subscriptions Sample Clauses

Services, Licenses and Subscriptions i. Customer hereby engages IDEMIA to provide and perform the Services and IDEMIA hereby agrees to perform the Services, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. ii. IDEMIA grants to Customer, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non- sublicensable, license for Users to access and use the Site to obtain the Software Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. iii. If Customer is purchasing a Software Service subscription, IDEMIA will provide the Software Service to Customer in accordance with the Agreement Listing promptly following purchase of the of the subscription and continuing until completion of the subscription term. IDEMIA will provide Customer all license keys, access credentials and passwords necessary for access and use of the Software Service (“Keys”) as set forth in the Agreement and listing. iv. Customer agrees to notify IDEMIA immediately of any unauthorized use of its login credentials to the Site or any other breach of security. Customer is responsible for all Users and all use of Customer’s login credentials.
