Common use of Services Fees Clause in Contracts

Services Fees. The fees for Services will be set forth in the Service Order, and Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay such fees. Service Fees will be billed in advance of delivery of the Services. Monthly Services fees will be billed pro rata in the months in which such Services commence and terminate.
