Services Continuity Plan. M&I shall maintain throughout the Term of the Agreement a Services Continuity Plan (the "Plan") in compliance with all regulatory requirements. "Disaster" shall have the meaning set forth in the Plan. Review and acceptance of Plan as may be required by any applicable regulatory agency shall be the responsibility of Customer. M&I shall cooperate with Customer in conducting such reviews as such regulatory agency may from time to time reasonably request. A detailed Executive Summary of the Services Continuity Plan has been provided to Customer. Updates to the Plan shall be provided to Customer without charge.

Services Continuity Plan. Metavante shall provide Spectrum and/or the ▇▇▇▇ Payment Customer with a summary of its current disaster recovery plan for the Operations Center. Updates to the plan shall be provided to Spectrum from time to time without charge. Metavante agrees to comply with all regulations of federal regulatory agencies that apply to the security and backup and disaster recovery obligations of persons that provide services on an outsourced basis to financial institutions.
